We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.

You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at service@whoscap.com, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST). Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
