1. What styles of caps do you make?
We mainly produces various kinds of baseball caps, sports caps, blank caps, visors, military caps, tactical caps,
hip hoop caps, fisherman caps, mesh caps, children caps and other caps. It can be made according to your samples or drawings.


2. What fabric do you use for making caps?
Usually 100% cotton twill fabrics, other are polyester, denim, canvas, acrylic etc.


3. Do your caps come in other colours?
Yes, there are dozens of colors to choose from.
If the order quantity exceeds a certain number, the fabric can be dyed according to your specific requirement.


4. How do you deal with cap LOGO and pattern?
a. Flat embroidery, 3D embroidery, patch embroidery, rubber stamp, woven patch, PVC stamp and other embroidery techniques
b. Screen printing, offset printing, 3D foam printing, heat transfer printing and other processes


5. What are the options for strap at the cap back?
Hook and loop closure (Velcro), metal buckle, rubber buckle, plastic snapback, fitting etc.

7. Can you manufacture bespoke cap and hat?

9. What is packaging for cap?
25 or 50 per plastic bag, and then 100 or 200 per carton. It can be packed according to customer requirements.


10. What is minimum order quantity for caps?
Generally, 500 caps. If the customer really needs a small quantity, for long-term cooperation, we can still make it, please contact our sales for details.


11. What is delivery time for caps?
15 - 25 days for less than 1,000 caps
25 - 30 days for 1,000 - 3,000 caps
30 - 45 days for more than 3,000 - 20,000 caps
